Friday the 13th is a series of horror films that have been created over a period of a few years. The main original film revolves around the character of a young boy called Jason Voorhees. In the first part of the film, Jason drowns accidently at a lake camp because of the negligence of the staff members on the 13th day of a month on Friday.

To take revenge of her son’s death, Mrs. Voorhees stalks and murders any teenager who comes to the camp. She is killed by a victim who is thrashing out in self defense. In the second part, it is shown that Jason had not died that night. He grows up and starts living at a barn near the lake. He stalks and murders any teenager who comes near him.

He steals a hockey mask from one of his victims and wears it whenever he goes outside to stalk someone. The hockey mask has openings for the eyes and mouth and has blood splatters all over it.

Over the course of the films, many people try to kill Jason and sometimes he is left for dead but he manages to fool them one way or another and lives to kill his next victim.
